Before Tyler’s big move to the Japanese car scene, Volkswagens had long been apart of his heritage. His grandfather was the first person to import a Karmann Ghia into the United States, and Tyler has owned many Euros of his own but he was ready for something new. As a student of Washington State University, Tyler knew he needed a more reliable form of transportation for his regular travels from Federal Way to Pullman. Dead set on a Subaru, this WRX filled the list of requirements.

One thing that caught my my eye right away wasn’t the the rare Sonic Yellow paint or the custom Cox Fabrication half cage, but that this WRX has Honda s2k seats in it. At 6’4″ Tyler needed all the leg room that he could get. The s2k seats sitting as low they do in the WRX did just the trick.  Being that he has only had this car about a year and it has already come such a long way. We cant wait to see what this thing will look like in the future.
